Evan Thomas Has Arrived!!
Well, Wednesday night around 5:30 I went into labor. I called James home from school, and we dropped the kids off at our friends house (thanks Camille and Chris). By the time I got to the hospital I was screaming and dialated to a 4. I got my epidural and was very happy. I hadn't made a lot of progress in an hour so my mom and dad and James went to go get some dinner. Well, by the time they came back I was at nine, and eight minutes later I was ready to push. Evan Thomas Divis was born at 10:44 pm. He was 8lbs 9oz., 21 inches long, and his head was 14 cm around. He is adorable and looks very much like James Micheal and Makayla. He is not fussy, and is very alert. We are excited and got to bring him home today. Enjoy the pictures.

Congrats! He really does look so much like your other kids....definately a Divis! There's nothing like a new baby, enjoy! :)
Oh....I could not be more happy for you. I don't think I could have handled seeing you at Stake Conference this weekend knowing you still had not had him. It makes me uncomfortable just thinking about it.
He is adorable. He should fit right in then with your others.

Melanie's comment scares me cause I really believe she would kick your butt into shape if given the opportunity, I'm thinking about going to her;-) Anyway I just love him and holding him made me a little baby hungry but not hungry enough with three kids in diapers, two teething, five ear infections, 3 breathing treatments, adding one huge pregnant belly to all that doesn't sound too appealing. So I'll just snuggle Evan when you let me.

Avery weighed 8lbs and 8.5oz too but the doctors said she was 8lb 8oz. Avery was also 21 inches! Evan and Avery were the same exact size! He is definitely a cute boy!
