4th Of July

Our Fourth of July, was very eventful. We had a McIntire(my family) Family Reunion, in Seaside Oregon. It was such a fun trip and I have a lot of great memories. We rented a beautiful house. Seriously, perfect, I don't know if I can ever vacation and stay in a hotel again, that is how awesome it was. Wonderful weather the whole time, and lots of yummy food. The boys got to go crabbing on a boat, gocarts, rock climbing, and sand castle building. I can tell James Micheal really had a great time. How do I know...he pretty much slept the whole way home! Makayla and Evan did really well, and loved the ocean. Evan loved the sand, eating it mostly, and choking...and scaring the whole family, but he still loved it! Makayla did pretty well with potty training...not too many accidents and everyone was a big help. Sadie, made everyone coo at her, constantly tried to pet dogs, and was done with the ocean as soon as we got there! Ha Ha! It was fun to see my brother and pregnant sister-in-law. She looks so cute preggy. I didn't see Liam very much because he was always with James Micheal or trying to get away from him. HE HE! All around great memories and I can't wait to do it again. Here are a slew of pictures. I am not going to label them because I have four kids I have to get ready for school tommorrow for Evan, so too bad! Just figure it out, they are pretty self explanatory!

Happy Father's Day!

And the Father of the Year goes to:
THIS GUY!!!!

What a great daddy I picked for my kiddos. He is kind, loving, way more patient than I,challenger(of the children), hardworker, long-suffering(of James Micheal)...really the list could go on forever. Dealing with James Micheal alone is enough to make anybody a super hero, but I digress. I truly am grateful for James. If you guys knew how hard he works for our family, you would all wonder why he choose this life. But, I know he does it because he loves the gospel and his family. Simply put...he is a SUPERDAD! Thanks for being awesome babe and giving me these things:

Oh yeah, and my own dad... I know he never reads my blog. But, I love him and am so grateful he showed me the kind of man that I would want to marry by being a great example of what a father and husband should be. Thanks Love Ya Audra

My Mother's Photography

My mother is an amazing photographer. Luckily since I have had children, she has turned the lens off me and onto my darling babies! We went over there last night for some BBQ and good times and my mom got to take pictures of Sadie and Evan. I am in love with them. I am lucky to have a wonderful mother who is also a talented memory capturer...as I like to call her. Enjoy!!

Hammock Time and 6 Months!!

Well, it is official, Sadie is six months old!

She loves her tummy time, food, and brothers and sister. She loves food! And only does really good belly laughs with James Micheal, those two are like two peas in a pod! I can't believe she is already six months:( Seriously, flown by! We love this girl.

And Daddy got out the Hammock for the back yard. The boys love swinging in it. They are so adorable. In other news: JAMES GOT OVER A 90% in ALL his classes at EWU, WHAT?! Yeah I am super proud!

SO HAPPY!!!

Evan has no genetic or chromosomal abnormalities!!! This is wonderful news!!! I am so extremely giddy right now. If anybody really knew how much James and I have been WORRIED about Evan you would know this is BIG!! It doesn't mean we are out of the woods...I mean the tumor is always in the back of our heads, not literally but...you know what I'm saying. But we won't know more until July when he gets another MRI. I guess it just feels good to know that James and I didn't accidentally/un-purposefully cause his delays or pass a certain gene on to their kids that would cause delays also. I just have a great sense of RELIEF right now. Prayers are answered!! Thank for all the continued prayers and support everybody gives are family, they are definitely felt in our home!!

Oh yeah...in other news Sadie is eating solids!! Oh yeah, and almost sitting up! WHAT? I know she is a crazy little monkey. Here is a picture of her eating her first solid (Applesauce)!

Just a Spoonful of Sadie....

Helps the medicine go down! Man I love this little girl and all her good smiles. She makes any crazy moment a little less. She is definitely my spoonful of sugar! She is finally starting to like her tummy time now and still LOVES her jumper. I can't believe she is 5 1/2 months already. It just goes quicker and quicker. I have had quite a few people say I am obsessed with this girl...and I agree! It is nice to have a little girl that people get all googly-eyed over. And like I told my hubby, I think I deserve it after all the stares I got from people with Makayla when she was a baby...they were hurtful, but made me love Makayla that much more and treat her like the princess she is. But Sadie gets stared at for a different reason...and...it's nice:)

The Sick House!

Let's just say this past week was exhausting. Makayla brought home a stomach bug. It took her 3 days to get over it. It took Evan over 4!! Let's just say I don't want to clean up puke for a long time!! Evan definitely got it the worst, he was pretty much laying as a heap of blankets on the couch for days!! I have never seen him so sick in my life. Poor kid was a trooper though and made it through. Luckily nobody else has gotten it, or show signs of having it. Sadie got a low fever so I took her to the ER just in case! She hasn't gotten a fever again, we kinda think she is just teething because she is happy as a clam right now and won't stop slobbering everywhere. Having four kids to me really isn't that difficult, but let's just say I started feeling the stress of it when they get sick. Here is a picture of what Evan did for 3 days:)

And here are a few of my Sadie this morning, she is just too adorable to not take pictures of!

The Pictures of the Ev-bot

Evan got to spend the night at Grandma and Grandpa McIntire's last night, and had the time of his life. When I told him he was going to spend the night there, he waited by the stairs with a cracker and his sippy cup for like 10 minutes. It was the cutest thing he was so excited!! He had a great time being spoiled and my mom took some amazing pictures of him! He is our little photogenic boy, let me tell you! Enjoy!! Oh yeah and he loves hats!

Evan's Diagnosis

Well we got some news today at the neurologist. Evan has a benign teratoma in his brain below his optic nerve. They do not believe it is cancer. He is being sent to a neurosurgeon and we will go from there. He will have to receive MRI's every 3-6 months to see if it is growing or if it starts to make him have seizures. We are hoping for the best and are thankful for everyone's prayers. If he does have to have surgery it will be through his nose and not through his skull, which is definitely good news. This will be a month by month day by day process, but we know that with our faith we will be able to get through this. Thanks again for all your love and support. Also, this tumor is not the cause of his delays. The genetic testing should be back in a few weeks. If that comes up clear, than our Evan is just our Evan and he is getting all the therapies and help that he possibly could. Thanks again everyone!!

What we have been up to this month!

I hate to say this, but I am actually always busy. I didn't think it was possible, but it has happened, I rarely have a spare moment, and when I do, it is usually to make more appointments or take a shower:) We are all doing really well. Makayla had her first number 2 on the potty two days ago. Huge accomplishment for her and she loved to get the candy. I am not sure how much time I can spend potty training right now, due to well let's see my 3 and a half month old! But I do plan on going full throttle with the potty training late spring to early summer. I hope she is fully day potty trained by September. Send good vibes my way people, I am going to need it! James Micheal is well 5 and acting like 5 year old boys do (FRUSTRATING) but he is all registered for kindergarten next year and is very excited about it. Evan gets his MRI and genetic testing done on Friday. How am I feeling about it? NERVOUS, very nervous. Not about them finding something, just the whole being put under thing, which always makes me antsy for my kiddos! Makayla has been through it before, when she was about 2 days old with an MRI, but I didn't really have to see her get put under or anything because I was recovering as well. Luckily James will be coming with me so that should curb my anxiety a little. Evan also received his new orthotics last week and he loves them. I haven't noticed a difference in his stepping patterns yet, but he does seem more balanced when he tries to stand in them. Sadie is doing great and rolled over the other day. YAYAYA! All signs so far point that she will not run into the same issues that the middle two have had so far. We are estatic about that and the fact that she pretty much SLEEPS ALL NIGHT!!!!! So here is a picture of my precious after this very long post. She's about 3 days old, in this picture, I can't believe how much she is already growing up!! And that is all that is new with us for the moment!

My 3 month old and the Ev-Bot!!

This is my 3 month old:

She is quite possibly the cutest baby alive!! She is such a coo baby! Everything is gurgles and coo's. Which is definitely the cutest thing I have ever seen=) She is quickly going bald, and I hate to report it, but this girl has blonde roots. I doubt anyone will say she looks like me anymore, once the blondness takes over. Oh well, we had a good run! She loves everyone in the house, especially James Micheal, she lights up for that kid! We love her to death and pretty much want to eat her up and all her rolls too (which are several). The Pillsbury Dougboy has nothing on our Sadie.

Now I give you the Ev-Bot!!

Definitely the cutest 2 year old! Let me tell you that kid loves him a blanket. Just thought I would show you how cute my kids are and make you all jealous. It's ok... be jealous, I don't blame you, they're pretty AWESOME!!
